Do you offer custom art?

Absolutely! We would love to make something special just for you or a loved one. Please fill out a contact form or email us at alethalweaponart@gmail.com. We can’t wait to create something unique for you!

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on anything hand painted. Please always reach out to us directly if you have any issues with your order, we want to ensure that you have a 5 star experience with us every time and we will make it right!

My item hasn’t arrived, what should I do?

Please email us or fill out a contact form! All items are shipped out within 3 business days (usually shipped next day) but USPS has been known to have delays or even lose packages at times. We want to make it right if USPS has any issues with your order so please do not hesitate to contact us. Most items arrive in 4-7 business days but please allow a little extra time around the holidays!

Do you offer personalization?

Of course! We pride ourselves on creating unique items, which includes the ability to customize any card in our shop!

The quantity I want to purchase isn’t available, what should I do?

Please shoot us an email or contact form! We can offer special pricing for higher quantities or for stores wanting to wholesale our products. Just reach out!
